Description

11 The Green is a small house built in the late 18th century. It is constructed of rubble with wooden lintels and features an imitation Cotswold stone roof. The house has brick end chimneys, with the right-hand chimney set on a large stone base. It is two storeys tall and has three bays, although the arrangement is slightly irregular: there are two windows on the first floor and three on the ground floor, all of which are glazing bar sashes. The front door has been blocked, but there is a door at the rear. The rear of the house has irregular wooden lintels, and the roof structure is said to be made of chestnut.
