Description

This chest tomb, dating from the early to mid-18th century, is located approximately 6 meters south of the south porch of the Church of St. Britius in Brize Norton. It is made of limestone and features worn inscription panels that are surrounded by beaded borders. The tomb has corner balusters, as well as a moulded cornice and capping.
