Description

1-3 Church View is an early 18th century range of two cottages and a later outshut, now a separate dwelling, located in Longcot. The original cottages are built of limewashed rubble stone with brick dressings, featuring a gabled thatched roof to one end and a brick stack. The cottages have one storey and attic, with six-pane casement windows in the attic and windows with cambered heads on the ground floor. Gabled porches built of breeze blocks have plank doors. An outshut to the right is constructed of roughcast, with a gabled slate roof and a brick stack.
