Description

No. 23 High Street is a late 19th-century building constructed of red brick and features three storeys. The façade includes two three-light windows with wooden frames and lancet heads, adorned with decorative upper sashes. A modillion cornice supports a stone pediment that is decorated with ornamental tiling. There is a band that separates the storeys, and on the first floor, there are three-light windows with a modillion cornice above. The ground floor has wooden moulding that divides the two shop windows into lancets. The name of the establishment is displayed in glass on the frieze and on the glass panel of the door.
