Description

No. 20 High Street is an early 19th-century building constructed of brick with a stucco cornice and a stone-capped parapet. It stands three storeys tall and features three windows with flat arches and gauged brick arches, along with glazing bars. There is a stucco band that runs between the first and second floors, which continues along the cills of the first-floor windows. The ground floor has a modern shop window, while to the right, there is a round-arched doorway with a glazed fanlight and a six-panel door. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 20, 24 to 28 (even) and The Grapes inn.
