Description

Nos 11 and 12 in Market Place is an earlier to mid 19th century building with a stucco front. It stands three stories tall and features a low pitched slate roof with end wall stacks. The building has a moulded eaves soffit and quoins, along with a plain band between the first and second floors. There is a three-window range with glazing bar sash windows set in plain raised surrounds. The 19th century shopfronts are double fronted on the west side and have slim angle shafts and large scrolled brackets on the east side. This building is listed for its group value.
