Description

No. 12 is a 17th-century house located on Appleton Road in Cumnor. It is built from colourwashed limestone rubble and features a gabled thatch roof with an end stack made of stone, finished in 20th-century brick. The house has a three-unit plan and is one storey high with an attic, presenting a three-window range. There are timber lintels above 20th-century plank doors located in the centre and right bays, as well as 20th-century two-light casements and dormer casements. Access is through a left gable entry. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
