Description

No. 31 Brook Lane is a 17th-century house constructed from colourwashed coursed limestone rubble and topped with a thatched roof. The building is one storey high with attics and has its gable end facing the road. The north elevation features two attic leaded casements with the thatch cut out above them. On the ground floor, there are two casement windows beneath a continuous timber lintel, along with a door.
