Description

Crossings is a house dated 1706, as indicated by a datestone on the left return. It is constructed from painted part-rendered squared coursed stone and has an old plain-tile roof that is hipped to the left, with a brick ridge stack located at the center. The building features a 2-unit lobby-entry plan with a wing extending to the rear left. It is a single storey with an attic and has a two-window range. The central entrance consists of a 20th-century plank door with a segmental brick head above it. On either side of the door, there are 3-light wood casements, each with segmental brick heads. The house also includes two raking dormers, which have 3-light casements. The interior has not been inspected.
