Description

The cob wall forming the southern boundary to the housing estate, locally known as Curtoys Lane, is likely from the 18th century. It features a stone uncoursed rubble plinth and cob construction, topped with thatch coping. The wall stands approximately 2 metres high and stretches about 65 metres in length. Notably, it arches over a stream at the eastern end.
