Description
Boham's House is a house, likely a former farmhouse, dating from the early 18th century. It features a 19th-century cross-wing on the left and a 20th-century lean-to porch to the right of the center. The house is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond on the right side, while the left, center, and cross-wing are made of painted brick. It has an old plain-tile complex roof that is hipped to the right, with brick ridge stacks located to the left and right of the center and a lateral stack at the rear right. The building is two stories high and has a three-window range, with the two-story cross-wing on the left positioned at right angles to the street. The porch features a 20th-century two-pane door on the right return, and the irregular fenestration includes casements, some of which have segmental brick heads and leaded lights. The interior has not been inspected.
