Description
No. 12 Thames Street is a 18th-century building that has been significantly restored and may hide an earlier structure. It features a modern tiled roof with one gabled dormer and casement window. The building has two storeys and attics, with the ground floor and plinth rendered. The upper storey is set back above a tiled string course and is also rendered, featuring a rough rendered recess with one window that has a flush frame, double hung sash with glazing bars, and a small cornice. The ground floor windows are double hung sash with glazing bars and flush frames, set within rough rendered arches. There are two modern steps leading to a modern door framed in wood architrave, with a flat arch and a small wooden hood supported on brackets.
