Description
This building is a mill located approximately 10 meters southeast of Old Mill House, dated 1820, with a 20th-century addition to the left over the mill race. It is constructed of red brick and features a slate hipped roof with lead ridges and a brick stack at the rear. The mill is three stories high and has a nine-window range. There is a six-panel door to the right with a flat hood and a two-panel door to the left of center, which has a segmental brick head and a flat hood supported by brackets. The 19th-century metal factory windows have glazing bars and cambered brick heads above all openings. Inside, the central valley is supported by three stories of cast-iron columns, with the lower two stories featuring a double colonnade. There is little machinery remaining. The 20th-century addition to the left is a single bay and is designed in the same style.
