The windows are sash style with glazing bars, featuring splayed stone lintels that have incised voussoir lines. The ground floor has modern windows and render that replaced a former shop front. The rear wing, known as No 2 Coach Lane, is constructed of rubble stone and brick, also three stories tall with two window bays. It has brick window surrounds with cambered heads and stone keys, and one window on the second floor. The door features a margin light fanlight. This building is listed for its group value.
