Description
This is a mid-17th century house with a mid-18th century extension to the left and a late 19th-century front. It is constructed of red brick with grey brick headers in a Flemish bond pattern, and has an old plain-tile roof. A brick ridge stack is located to the left of the centre, and an end stack is on the left side. The house is two storeys high with a four-window front. A six-panel door is set within a gabled brick porch to the left of the centre. To the right of the door is a gabled brick former porch with a nine-pane window. A sixteen-pane sash window without horns sits beneath a segmental brick head to the left of the centre. Tripartite sash windows with glazing bars and segmental brick heads are located to the left and right of the centre, and a nine-pane sash with a segmental brick head is on the right side. The first floor features a sixteen-pane unhorned sash window to the left, and tripartite sash windows with glazing bars and segmental brick heads to the left and right of the centre, along with a nine-pane sash to the right. A dentil course runs along the eaves. Tile hanging, likely on timber framing, covers the first-floor return on the right. The interior has not been inspected.
