Description

Oak Cottage is a house dating from the mid-17th century. It features painted uncoursed stone rubble on the left side, with an uncoursed stone rubble plinth in the center and right. The central and right sections are constructed with large timber framing and rendered infill. The roof is thatched, and there is a brick ridge stack located in the center. The house is a single storey with an attic and has a three-window range. There are plank doors on the left and in the center, with irregularly placed 19th-century casement windows. Additionally, there are two swept dormers. The interior has not been inspected.
