Description
Quash Farmhouse is a farmhouse that likely dates from the mid-17th century, with alterations made in the 18th century and a 19th-century addition to the rear. The building features stone uncoursed rubble on the ground floor and red brick with flared headers in Flemish bond above. It has an old plain-tile roof and a brick ridge stack located at the center. The layout is a two-unit lobby-entry plan, and the structure is two stories high with a two-window range. There is a four-panelled door at the center, which is sheltered by a 20th-century porch. All openings have three-light casements, except for a 20th-century casement on the ground floor to the right. The right gable end has a double Queen-post roof truss. The interior has not been inspected.
