Description

Home Farm barn and attached wall, located approximately 23 meters east of the farmhouse, dates from the late 18th century. The barn features weatherboarding, with the front section being older and the rest from the 20th century, set over a timber frame on a brick and flint base. It has a gabled corrugated iron roof and plank double doors. Inside, there is a 4-bay collar-truss roof with curved inner principals and clasped purlins. To the right, there is an L-shaped wall made of flint rubble with brick dressings and ramped brick coping. This structure is included for its group value.
