Description

The Manor House garden wall to the north is a late 17th-century structure made of limestone rubble and brick, featuring some flared headers. The wall extends from the right end of the Manor House and wraps around the east, north, and west sides of the walled garden, terminating at the granary. The exterior of the wall is constructed from rubble, while the interior showcases a chequer-brick lining. At the northern end, there are a pair of large gatepiers with ovolo-moulded panelled sides and stepped stone caps topped with ball finials. Currently, the gateway is closed off by a gabled brick wall.
