Description
This is a house from the early 19th century, located next to Breakspear's Brewery Offices on New Street. It is built from red brick with grey headers and features a slate roof that has wide eaves supported by paired, flat brackets. The house has two storeys and two windows, each with moulded plaster architraves. The windows are sashes with glazing bars, although the ground floor windows have been altered. The doorway is notable for its reeded architrave, flat hood, panelled door, and a contemporary fanlight.
