Description
This is a 17th-century house located on Station Road in Chinnor. The building features roughcast, likely over brick, on the right side, large timber framing with rendered infill in the center, and painted brick on the left. It has a 20th-century plain-tile roof that is half-hipped on the right side, with a brick ridge stack positioned to the right of the center and an end stack on the left. The house is a single storey with an attic and has a three-window range that is set at right angles to the street. There is a lean-to porch on the left side, which has a 20th-century door on the right return. The windows are irregularly arranged casements. The right return features roughcast, likely over brick, with a tile-hung gable end. There is a plank door on the left and two-light casements on the right and in the attic. The rear of the house has three raking dormers. The interior has not been inspected.
