The wall along the West Street boundary in front of Townlands Hospital outbuildings dates from the 18th or 19th century. It stands 6 feet high and is constructed of red brick with knapped flint panels and a broad red brick top. The wall features half round coping. This boundary wall is part of a group that includes the listed buildings, pavements, and walls near the Adwell Square entrance on West Street.
