2. C18 tall red brick wall with curved slope to coping of bricks laid on sides. 10 courses added above. Some later buttresses at west end. Wall breached and repaired in C19 at one place. Curved ramp down to gate pier at western extremity. Forms part of North boundary of hospital grounds.
