Description
Nos 86 and 94 on West Street are early 19th-century terraced houses. The facade of No 94 is roughcast with a band at the first floor, while No 86 is constructed of red brick. Both buildings have a slate roof and are two storeys high, each featuring two windows. No 86 has modern glazing likely in former window spaces, whereas No 94 retains early 19th-century casement and sash windows with vertical glazing bars on the first floor. The ground floor of No 94 has an arch leading to the rear. These buildings are included in Grade II for their group value along the street frontage. They form a group with No 35, its garden wall, Nos 37 and 39, and other nearby properties, as well as the pavement surfaces and listed walls above the entrance to Adwell Square.
