Description

This is a late 17th-century house with an 19th-century addition to the right. The original part is built of squared coursed stone with brick quoins, and has an old plain-tile roof which is half-hipped on the left side. There is a rendered brick stack in the centre. The house follows a two-unit lobby-entry plan. It has two storeys and a three-window front. The central entrance is a six-panel door set within a 19th-century lattice porch. There are 12-pane unhorned sash windows to the left and right, and a blind recessed panel on the first floor centre. A 9-pane unhorned sash window is on the left and a 12-pane unhorned sash window on the right. The interior remains unexamined.

The 19th-century addition to the right is of red brick in Flemish bond and has a 20th-century plain-tile roof. It is two storeys high with a single-window front. On the ground floor, there is a 19th-century shop front with a part-glazed four-panel door to the left. A four-pane horned sash window is on the first floor. The right return has a 19th-century shop window on the ground floor.
