Cottage. Early C15, encased C18. Main front at right angles to street. Grey brick with red brick dressings; old plain tile roof; brick stack. 2-unit plan. One storey and attic; 2-window range. Central C20 plank door. 2-light casements to left and right. Roof half-hipped to left. Gabled dormer to right. Centre ridge stack. Left return, to road: Brick and flint base; timber frame with brick infill to first floor. 2-light casement to first floor. Original cottage likely contains fragments of earlier cruck trusses. Interior not inspected.
