Description
Foundry Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, with 20th-century windows. The ground floor is constructed of brick with areas of flint, while the first floor features a timber frame with rendered panels on the left and brick infill on the right. The roof is covered with old plain tiles and has brick stacks. The building has a two-unit plan and is two stories high with a three-window range. The central entrance features a two-panel door with a 20th-century gabled tile porch. To the left of the door is a two-light casement window, and to the right are two single-light casements. On the first floor, there are three two-light casements. The roof is hipped to the right, with a ridge stack on the right and an end stack on the left. The interior has not been inspected.
