It stands three storeys tall and features an additional attic window in the gable end, along with one dormer. The western facade is adorned with nine windows that have segmental heads and louvres, with the windows on the first and second floors set within recessed brick panels. At the southern end, the building is characterized by double malthouse towers, which serve as an important landmark in both nearby and distant views across the river. This malthouse is part of a group that includes Nos 37 to 43 (odd), White Cottage, Nos 51 to 55 (odd), Wattle Cottage, and Nos 84 to 88 (even), as well as No 29 Thameside.
