Description

Redcliffe House, located at No 31 on New Street, is an early 19th-century building featuring a red brick facade and a slate roof with bracketed eaves. The structure stands three storeys tall and has three windows on the first and second floors, which are irregularly spaced and consist of sashes with glazing bars. The entrance is set within a central double recessed arch and features a round, six-panelled arched door topped with a fine contemporary fanlight. Redcliffe House is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 33 (odd) and Nos 2 to 76 (even) opposite, as well as the walls associated with Nos 32 to 38 (even) and No 40.
