This granary, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century, is located approximately 10 meters east of Pear Tree Cottage on Warborough Wharf Road. It features weatherboarded timber framing resting on staddle stones, topped with an old plain-tile hipped roof. The building has a rectangular plan and stands two storeys tall.
