Description

College Farmhouse, now a house, probably dates to the late 17th century. It is shown on Ordnance Survey maps as College House. The building is rendered, likely over a flint core with brick dressings, and features an old plain-tile hipped roof with a brick central ridge stack. It follows a 2-unit lobby entry plan and has a 2-storey, 2-window front. A 20th-century door leads to a 20th-century porch at the centre, with 2-light casement windows to most openings, except for a 3-light casement window on the ground floor to the right. A dentil cornice runs along the eaves. The interior has not been inspected.
