Description

The boundary wall of The New House along Fairmile is a 19th-century structure standing 6 feet high, built of red brick with half round brick copings. It is part of the same wall as that of Grenville Lodge. This listed wall, along with the gate piers to No 17A, The New House, No 17, and the walls to Nos 2 to 8 (even) Henley Park opposite, forms a group with No 17 (Grenville Lodge), and Nos 23 to 27 (odd) and Nos 2 to 8 (even) opposite.
