Description
French's Riverside is a 17th-century house that has been divided into two dwellings. The building features large timber framing with brick and rendered infill on the first floor to the right. It has a complex thatched roof, a central brick ridge stack, and various brick lateral stacks. The structure is two stories high and has a four-window range that runs at right angles to the street, with a cross-wing to the right and additional cross-wings at the rear on both the left and right sides. There is a 20th-century door leading to a 20th-century porch located to the left of the center. The windows have irregular placements, mostly consisting of two-light casements, and there are wooden oriel windows on the first floor, positioned in the center and to the right of the center. The interior has not been inspected.
