Description

The Mount is a house dating from around 1800. It is constructed of limestone rubble, partly roughcast with smooth render quoins, and has a Welsh-slate roof with brick stacks. The house follows a two-unit plan and has three storeys. The front elevation is symmetrical, featuring two two-storey canted sash window bays flanking a tall doorway. The doorway has a six-panel door, a rectangular overlight, and a reeded doorcase. Above the door is a low sash window with four panes. The roof is hipped, with stacks located on either side. The sides and rear of the house are stone. The interior has not been inspected.
