Description

Jesus College's East Range in the First Quadrangle was built in 1485. Originally constructed by Price in the late 16th century, the building features a central gatehouse. In 1815, battlements and a third storey were added. The East elevation was refronted in Bath stone by J C and C A Buckler in 1854, during which the gate tower was also heightened.
