Description
Jesus College, located in the First Quadrangle, features the West Range, which dates back to 1485. The West Range includes the Kitchen on the south side, along with the Buttery and Hall, which were built around 1617. The battlements and top storey of the building are modern additions. The west side aligns with the other sides of the Inner Quadrangle. Inside the Hall, there is contemporary woodwork, and it was ceiled in 1741, concealing the original roof timbers with attics. The Buttery and Kitchen underwent remodeling after a fire in 1913.
