Description

Greenstone Cottage is a house dating from the early to mid-18th century, with possible alterations in the late 18th or early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed squared marlstone with wooden lintels, and has a concrete plain-tile roof with brick stacks. The building follows a three-bay plan. The front elevation has a regular arrangement of windows; the upper floor has two-light casements set within a raised wall section, while the lower floor has three-light casements. A plank door is situated to the left of the third bay. The roof has a moderate pitch and includes stacks located to the left of the first and second bays. The interior has not been inspected.
