Description

Park Farmhouse is a late 17th and early 18th century farmhouse located on the west side of New Street in Deddington. The farmhouse is constructed of coursed squared marlstone with some wooden lintels, and has concrete plain-tile and Stonesfield-slate roofs, with brick stacks. It likely originated as a 3-unit through-passage plan.

The two-storey, four-window front has a central entrance with a 5-panel door and a 19th-century tiled canopy. Above the door is a 2-light casement window. The remaining bays contain 3-light casement windows to both floors, with stone flat arches above the ground-floor windows. The steep-pitched roof has stacks located to the right of bays one, two, and four. A lower service wing, with a stone-slated roof and irregular casement windows, returns from the right side of the main building. The interior has not been inspected.
