Description

The park wall to the south of Deddington Manor is a structure from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is built of coursed squared marlstone, featuring some ashlar details. The wall stands approximately 3 metres high and has a flat coping. It extends about 60 metres southeast along New Street from Deddington Manor, running between square ashlar piers. The wall then steps behind a row of houses and continues southeast for another approximately 130 metres. This wall is included for its group value.
