Description
This is an outbuilding located approximately 10 meters southeast of Number 60, known as Grove House. It was built in the late 18th century or early 19th century and originally served as a fruit store and granary. The structure is made of coursed limestone rubble and features a gabled stone slate roof. It has two storeys and a two-window range. There are timber lintels above two plank doors, and on the first floor, there is a timber lintel over a 20th-century window along with five brick doveholes. The gabled loft has an opening with a 19th-century plank door. Inside, the building has a three-bay collar-truss roof with butt purlins on the left side, and a mid-19th-century two-bay roof on the right side. This outbuilding is included for its group value.
