Description
Village Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse constructed from coursed squared limestone with wooden lintels and a plain-tile roof featuring brick stacks. The building has a 4-unit plan with a rear wing and stands two storeys tall, plus attics. The front façade has seven windows, with the doorway located in the fourth bay, just to the right of centre, below a two-light casement. There are two-light casements in the first, third, fifth, and seventh bays, along with single-light windows in the second and sixth bays. The roof includes four gabled dormers that are irregularly spaced, with stacks positioned on the right gable and to the left of centre. The rear of the farmhouse features a gabled stair projection and a long lower wing. The interior has not been inspected.
