Description

Fir Lane Cottage is a house dating from the late 18th century, constructed of limestone ashlar and rubble, with a Stonesfield-slate roof and rebuilt brick end stacks. The building has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high. Its symmetrical front features three windows made of ashlar, complete with a plinth, a storey band, and flush architraves. The windows are 12-pane sashes, and there is a central six-panel door topped with a flat canopy. The interior has not been inspected. This cottage forms a continuous range with Fir Cottage.
