Description
This is a 19th-century cartshed located approximately 50 meters south of Coldharbour Farmhouse. It is constructed from colourwashed coursed limestone and features a steeply pitched hipped thatched roof. The structure has five open bays and one closed bay, which includes a stable door and weather-boarding. It is supported by five round brick piers. The roof is designed with a four-bay principal rafter system that includes collars, ties, and trenched purlins, with the principals crossed and pegged at the apex. Some rafters and purlins have been renewed. This building is included for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
