Description

Clifton Villa is a house built around 1830. It features part-rendered coursed limestone rubble and has a Welsh-slate roof with brick end stacks. The building is designed in an L-shape and stands two storeys tall. The symmetrical front has three windows, a rendered finish, a plinth, and flanking pilasters. The central doorway includes a two-panel door with an overlight and a pilastered stucco doorcase. The windows on the front have 12-pane sashes, while the rear and rear wing, which are made of rubble, also contain additional sash windows. The interior has not been inspected.
