Description

A barn and outhouses, dating from the 18th century or earlier, likely intended for use in the late 18th or early 19th century. The building is timber framed and weather boarded, with some sections in red brick, and has plain tiled and corrugated iron roofs. The barn itself is large, with 4 or 5 bays, and features a half-hipped roof to the right and a gabled roof to the left. A hipped midstrey is centrally located on the left side, with a catslide outshot projecting to the left of it. A further half-hipped range extends to the left, partly built on a red brick base, and includes a central cart door. A low, gabled timber extension, used as stock sheds, is situated to the right, while a hipped brick extension sits at the extreme left.
