Description
This is an oasthouse located about 50 metres north of Park Farmhouse, dating from the mid-19th century and largely rebuilt in the late 19th century. It is constructed of red brick with plain tiled roofs. The building features two storeys of stowage, with two metal casements on the first floor and one on the ground floor to the right, along with a sliding door to the left and a loft door on the right return. There are also double cart doors on the ground floor. The left end of the building has two roundels that show signs of earlier bases with differing brickwork. At the rear right, there is a square kiln, all three elements having plinths, dogtooth cornices, cowls, and winding vanes. Additionally, there are corrugated iron-clad gantries to the right and rear, with the latter resting on a red brick base.
