Small house. Late C17 with C19 and C20 alterations. Framed construction, the ground floor underbuilt in brick, first floor tile-hung with bands of scalloped tiles; peg-tile roof, brick stack.

Plan: The house faces south. Single depth 2 room plan, the right hand (east) room heated, the left hand room probably an unheated service room. C20 lean- to porch block on front at left. The house has been extended by a single- storey block at the right end. Details of plan unclear on survey as interior unavailable for inspection.

Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 3-window front. Roof gabled at ends; rear right stack. C20 plank and cover strip front door to the porch to the left with a C20 2-light casement alongside with diamond leaded panes. 3 first floor and 2 ground floor similar windows. To the right the single storey block has a C20 door and a 2-light casement window matching the others.

Interior: The 1971 list description refers to "a fireplace dated 1676 on the beam with the initials 'IM"'.
