Description

This 18th-century barn stands about 30 metres west of Elphicks, on the Horsmonden-Spelmonden Road. It is timber framed and weather boarded, set upon a base of red brick and sandstone, and has a plain tiled roof. The roof is half-hipped, and there are central, full-height cart doors. Inside, the barn has five bays and a queen strut roof. The building is listed for its group value.
