Description

This is an 18th-century barn located 15 yards south west of Haxted House. It features a timber frame set on a stone plinth, with renewed weatherboard cladding and a slate half hip roof. There is a hipped roof over the central entrance projection. The barn is arranged in a three-bay layout with a pent roofed extension on the front right. The central wagon doors provide access to the interior, which includes queen strut roofs supported by braced posts.
