5/410 Mancktell headstone approx 2m west of the tower of the Old Church of St Peter GV II

Headstone. Dated 1779 in memory of Thomas Mancktell. Upright sandstone slab standing approx. lm high. Its shaped head is carved with a winged cherubs head amongst scrolls. Inscription below in Roman serif upper and lower case lettering records the death of Thomas Mancktell in 1779.
